VOIGT Gastro grill

Concentrated, professional, very strong agent for removing parched dirt and dried grease from alkali-resistant surfaces.

 

It dissolves and removes baked-on food residues. Suitable for cleaning smoke chambers, baking trays and carts, convection ovens, walls, fryers and toasters. It does not damage enamelled surfaces. It can be used with active foam technology using the foam tip VOIGT.

 

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Depending on how dirty the surface is, it is recommended to prepare a solution of 5 to 30% (50 ÷ 300 ml of the agent for 1 l of the solution). In case of heavy dirt, use undiluted concentrate. Higher temperature and soaking the surface and objects make the dirt removal easier. Rinse the cleaned surfaces thoroughly with drinking water. Carry out the process of cleaning by spraying the surface with a foaming device or triggering device.
